1. Placed my order, when will it be ship?
Your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1 business day for processing. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2-5 business days. We do not ship on weekends, or holidays.
2. How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email.
3. What is Forty Thieves's return policy?
Product that is purchased on our website (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. All merchandise must be returned unused and unwashed.
4. Can I return/exchange sale items?
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. I would like to return/exchange a product recently purchased. What should I do?
Please fill out our contact form. Fill out the message section including your order number and a brief message what you would like to do. We will provide you with a RA number for your return/exchange.
